Policy Process for Returns:
For USA Returns and Exchange,
Only if the product is damaged or if the product is been sent wrongly only we accept the returns/exchange. Otherwise there is no returns and exchange on any of your purchases.
For India Returns and exchange Policy:
If the item is damaged only will take the return and if the color is slightly change or any other thing we DO NOT take the return at any time. You may return your merchandise for store credit within 10 days of delivery. Items must not be worn, used or tampered with and placed in original packing.
If items are in less than perfect condition, the items will be sent back at the customers expense. We are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged items and recommend you send it back using an insured courier. You are responsible for the shipping charges to return product. Make sure you are provided with a tracking number or delivery confirmation and keep this for your records. There will be NO EXCEPTIONS ON OUR REFUND POLICY. We do not refund shipping costs. Once your return is received and inspected by our fulfillment team (usually within 42 hours of receipt), your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 days. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take additional 2 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.
We do not offer an exchange policy, order will be refunded to your account and will need to be repurchased through our website.
If you want to cancel the order you have to do within 3 hours of your order. After 3 hours we cannot accept the cancellation of your order. or if the order is already shipped also we cannot cancel.
We cannot refund money/exchange on accessories and jewellery. However, if the product is damaged by any chance we issue store credits instead, that can be used for future purchases at Ruffle Trends.Clearance and offer items are strictly non returnable and non refundable.
